ZKT-1080B Window Patching Machine can be extensively used in sticking window and line pressing functions. ZKT-1080B is the Innovation machine of Window Patching Machine ,Manufactured & Designed by our technical team.

The machine features

1. Large size, up to 700*1080 mm sample

2. The feeding part adopts PLC program control, human-machine interface, input feeding length on the touch screen, so that the feeding is accurate and fast, also suitable for cardboard and corrugated paper.

3. The film feeding part is controlled by the imported servo system. It only needs to input the required length on the touch screen, which has high accuracy and saves the adjustment time.

4. The gluing part adopts the pneumatic principle, which can be glued according to the specific position of the window. It is not need to glue the whole cots, which can save glue and facilitate the cleaning of cots.

5. The film cutter is installed with a device that can rotate freely axially to adapt to different window positions, which saves the adjustment time and greatly improves the production efficiency.

6. With the function of corner cutting(v-cut) and creasing line. Applicable to 90 degree corner window sample.

7. Assessments such as chain guide rail made in Germany and linear guide rail made in Taiwan are installed at the paper feeding part and film feeding part respectively to improve the accuracy of film laminating and reduce the noise of machine.
