Sea freight takes a long time transporting goods from one country to another country. The necessary protection has to be made to keep the machine from moisture and violent vibration. Here we will show you how we deal with our machine.
Step 1: Polish the Machine
Before the machine is ready to ship, we will have a check whether the components are complete, no matter it is a bolt a screw. Then we will polish the machine, and smear the machine with anti-rust oil and special white grease, to make sure the machine will look shining not go rust easily.
Step 2: Fasten on the Wooden Pallet
We relocate the machine on the pallet and then use screws and bolts to lock the machine on the wooden pallet and make sure it stays firm.
Step 3: Wrap the Machine
Put some day bag on the machine and wrap the whole machine up with the plastic firm to lower down the moisture and prevent the machine from water.
Step 4: Vacuum Packing
Use the vacuum bag to cover the whole machine, then sealing the machine and pump out the air. This is the second layer of protection to keep the machine away from rainwater.
Step 5: Case the Crate.
Use the hammer and nails to put the case up. Draw the necessary shipping mark like the center of gravity and other necessary information.
Finally, the package is over and the crate is ready to ship.
