The mainframe adopts 30mm steel plate . The steel plate is dealt with heat treatment and processed by digit control machine. It runs smoothly with high quality stability. The machine is comprised of 5 units of feeder, positioning, gluing, patching and delivery unit.
The feeder adopts imported Ever-power scratch furrow conveyor belt from USA. Matching by our unique supporting plate intermittent feeding mode, the paper feeding is very smooth and no overlapping paper or missing paper, which makes the machine speed up to 7000 sheet/hour. The air draft conveyor belt and paper delivery conveyor belt are imported from Schneider (Germany). The mechanical transmission driving train is from Choho of Japan. The key components of the machine adopt NSK bearing from Japan. General speaking, 95% of the control system is imported. Part Introduction:
1.Feeder:
◆ The unique supporting plate and wheel feeding type replaces the servo intermittent feeding type.

2.Rotation rubber roller(can pull-out):
◆ Single rubber roller cooperate with baffle to gluing.
◆ Avoid the waste of glue,reduce the volatilization.
◆ When the machine stopped,the rubber roller can rotation driving by the motor. Avoid the glue solidify on the face of rubber roller.
◆ When cleaning the rubber roller, this part can pull-out entirely,reduce cleaning time.
3.Gluing:
◆ Use automatic gluing instead of hand movement.
◆This part can adjust the glue roller right or left、up or down.
◆ When the photoelectric sensor reacted the paper. If there are papers pass,the machine will use the air cylinder to control platform to uplift.
◆ If there are no papers pass,the platform will decline.
◆Avoid the glue smear on the belt.
4.Suction belt:

5.Film transport:
